Sir, I am constrained to bring on record the casual & indifferent attitude of BSNL Officers & employees responsible for maintenance of Internet & land line services at Karnal. My land line no 0184-2233486 & Internet connection went out of order on 9/9/2015. Complaint was lodged ( No 1027604052) . Line Man Sh. Ganga Sagar visited & tied his best to rectify the fault.He even replaced a portion of wire, but all in vain. There was lot of disturbance in line & the ADSL LINk will appear for movement & disappear. on 10/9/2015 the telephone remained dead. complaint was again booked vide no 1027712541. From 8/9/2015-12/9/2015, both the telephone & internet services are at God's Will. Will BSNL officer come out of Air Conditioned offices to solve the root cause of problem. I am of firm opinion that quality of service rendered will not improve till accountability is fixed. Dr. Jagdish Markanday,
